At Clarks Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 28 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure the box is protected by an outer mailing bag or carton.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
